केन्द्रीय विद्यालय एनआईटी सिलचर में अंतर्राष्ट्रीय योग दिवस 2025 को बड़े उत्साह और सक्रिय सहभागिता के साथ मनाया गया। कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ प्रार्थना से हुआ, जिसके पश्चात सभी विद्यार्थियों और शिक्षकों द्वारा सूक्ष्म व्यायाम (हल्के योग अभ्यास) किए गए।

विद्यार्थियों द्वारा कई उत्कृष्ट योग क्रियाएं प्रस्तुत की गईं, जो उनके समर्पण और योग के प्रति जागरूकता को दर्शाती हैं। कार्यक्रम का मुख्य आकर्षण विद्यार्थियों द्वारा बनाया गया एक मानव श्रृंखला था, जो अंतर्राष्ट्रीय योग दिवस 2025 का प्रतीक बनकर सामने आया।

इस अवसर पर हमारे विद्यालय के माननीय प्राचार्य श्री सुनील गुप्ता ने योग के महत्व पर एक प्रेरणादायक भाषण दिया और जीवन में योग की भूमिका पर प्रकाश डाला।

कार्यक्रम अत्यंत सफल रहा और विद्यालय परिवार में योग के प्रति जागरूकता और उत्साह को बढ़ावा देने में सहायक सिद्ध हुआ।

International Day of Yoga Celebration at Kendriya Vidyalaya NIT Silchar – 2025

Kendriya Vidyalaya NIT Silchar celebrated the International Day of Yoga 2025 with great enthusiasm and active participation from both students and staff. The programme commenced with a soulful prayer, followed by Sukshma Vyayam (light warm-up exercises) performed collectively by all present.

A series of impressive yoga activities were showcased by the students, reflecting their dedication and understanding of yogic practices. One of the highlights of the event was the formation of a human chain by the students, symbolizing the spirit and significance of International Day of Yoga 2025.

The programme was graced by our esteemed Principal, Shri Suneel Gupta, who delivered an insightful address on the importance of yoga in our daily lives and its role in achieving physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.

The celebration concluded on a high note and was marked as a grand success, fostering awareness and enthusiasm for yoga among the school community.
