Pustakopahar 2025-2026

Report on Pustakopahar Celebration – Session 2025–2026
Kendriya Vidyalaya NIT Silchar

Pustakopahar, a noble initiative to promote book donation and sharing, was celebrated with great enthusiasm at the beginning of the academic session 2025–26 in Kendriya Vidyalaya NIT Silchar.

More than 250 books were generously donated by students, and around 230 students benefitted from this thoughtful contribution. The initiative not only encouraged the culture of sharing knowledge through books but also reflected the Vidyalaya’s commitment to environmental sustainability by promoting reuse and reducing waste.

Through this humble effort, KV NIT Silchar contributed towards the larger cause of saving our planet Earth and nurturing a more eco-friendly and educated society.

Our respected Principal, Shri Suneel Gupta, appreciated the collective efforts of the students and staff. He encouraged everyone to participate even more actively in future Pustakopahar celebrations and make this noble initiative a success at a larger scale.

पुस्तकोपहार कार्यक्रम रिपोर्ट – सत्र 2025–2026
केंद्रीय विद्यालय एनआईटी सिलचर

सत्र 2025–26 की शुरुआत में पुस्तकोपहार कार्यक्रम उत्साहपूर्वक मनाया गया। इस सराहनीय पहल का उद्देश्य छात्रों के बीच पुस्तकों के आदान-प्रदान को प्रोत्साहित करना और ज्ञान साझा करने की भावना को बढ़ावा देना था।

इस अवसर पर छात्रों द्वारा 250 से अधिक पुस्तकें दान की गईं और लगभग 230 छात्र इन पुस्तकों से लाभान्वित हुए। इस प्रयास ने न केवल पढ़ने की संस्कृति को प्रोत्साहित किया, बल्कि पुनः उपयोग के माध्यम से पर्यावरण संरक्षण में भी एक छोटा सा योगदान दिया।

केंद्रीय विद्यालय एनआईटी सिलचर द्वारा किया गया यह प्रयास धरती और पर्यावरण की रक्षा की दिशा में एक सराहनीय कदम है।

विद्यालय के प्राचार्य श्री सुनील गुप्ता जी ने इस कार्यक्रम की सराहना की और छात्रों को पुस्तकोपहार कार्यक्रम में अधिकतम स्तर पर भाग लेने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया।

World Book and Copyright Day Celebration 23 April 2025

विश्व पुस्तक एवं कॉपीराइट दिवस समारोह पर रिपोर्ट

दिनांक 23 अप्रैल 2025 को केन्द्रीय विद्यालय एनआईटी सिलचर में विश्व पुस्तक एवं कॉपीराइट दिवस बड़े उत्साह के साथ मनाया गया। इस कार्यक्रम का आयोजन विद्यालय के पुस्तकालयाध्यक्ष श्री नागेश कुमार पाण्डेय के मार्गदर्शन में किया गया।

कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत श्री नागेश कुमार पाण्डेय के उद्घाटन भाषण से हुई, जिसमें उन्होंने पुस्तकों के महत्व तथा कॉपीराइट से संबंधित मुद्दों पर प्रकाश डाला। उन्होंने बताया कि पुस्तकों का हमारे जीवन में कितना योगदान है और डिजिटल युग में कॉपीराइट की समझ कितनी आवश्यक है।

इसके पश्चात कक्षा 12 की श्रेया एवं कक्षा 10 की दक्षायनी ने विश्व पुस्तक एवं कॉपीराइट दिवस की पृष्ठभूमि, महत्व तथा कॉपीराइट से संबंधित समस्याओं पर विस्तृत जानकारी प्रस्तुत की। उन्होंने बताया कि कॉपीराइट कैसे लेखकों और रचनाकारों के अधिकारों की रक्षा करता है।

इस अवसर के मुख्य अतिथि विद्यालय के प्राचार्य श्री सुनील गुप्ता थे। उन्होंने भी विद्यार्थियों को संबोधित करते हुए पुस्तकों की उपयोगिता, नियमित पठन की आवश्यकता तथा कॉपीराइट नियमों के पालन की महत्ता को समझाया और विद्यार्थियों को प्रतिमाह कम से कम एक पुस्तक पढ़ने की प्रेरणा दी। ।

कार्यक्रम का समापन श्री नागेश कुमार पाण्डेय द्वारा धन्यवाद ज्ञापन के साथ हुआ। उन्होंने सभी प्रतिभागियों को सराहा | सभी छात्रों ने कॉपीराइट के मुद्दों को गंभीरता से समझा और प्रतिज्ञा ली कि वे हर महीने कम से कम एक पुस्तक अवश्य पढ़ेंगे।

यह आयोजन विद्यार्थियों के लिए पुस्तकों के महत्व और बौद्धिक संपदा अधिकारों के प्रति जागरूकता लाने का एक सराहनीय प्रयास रहा

World Book and Copyright Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm at Kendriya Vidyalaya NIT Silchar on 23rd April 2025, under the guidance of Shri Nagesh Kumar Pandey, the librarian of the Vidyalaya.

The event began with an opening remark by Shri Nagesh Kumar Pandey, who emphasized the importance of books in shaping minds and highlighted key issues related to copyright in the digital age. His address set the tone for a thoughtful and engaging session.

Following this, Shreya of Class 12 and Dakshayani of Class 10 delivered detailed presentations on the significance of World Book and Copyright Day. They explained the historical background, the need to respect intellectual property, and how copyright protection encourages creativity while safeguarding the rights of authors and publishers.

The Chief Guest of the occasion, Principal Shri Suneel Gupta, also addressed the gathering. He spoke about the crucial role books play in students' lives and how reading helps in personal growth. He urged students to be mindful of copyright rules while using content for their academic and creative work and encouraged all students to develop a regular reading habit.

The programme concluded with a vote of thanks by Shri Nagesh Kumar Pandey, who appreciated the efforts of the participants. As a takeaway from the session, students pledged to read at least one book every month and remain aware of copyright laws.

The celebration served as a meaningful reminder of the value of books and the importance of respecting intellectual property in today’s world.
