19th June 2025 –
Inauguration & Reading Pledge Ceremony
·
Students of Classes I–XII in
the assembly marked the beginning of the month-long celebration.
·
Sajida Afrin (Class X) led the Reading
Pledge, reinforcing the importance of daily reading.
·
Principal Shri Suneel Gupta Sir addressed
students, urging them to build reading habits as a foundation for lifelong
learning.

20th June 2025 –
Display of Banner and Motivational Quotes
·
A banner of P.N. Panicker was
placed at the library entrance to honor his legacy.
·
Quotes from literary figures and Dr.
A.P.J. Abdul Kalam were put up across the campus.
·
Students wrote their own slogans on reading and
decorated the “Reading Tree” corner.

24th June 2025 –
News Paper Reading Session
·
A special session was conducted for class XII
students as New Paper Reading Session
with special emphasis to inculcate reading habits among students to
update current affairs and current carrier opportunities.

Students learned about
importance of current awareness.
·
All the students of class XII actively
participated

26th June 2025 –
Readers Club Meeting
·
All the members of readers club attended the
meeting and came to know about importance of reading in our life
·
Principal Sir and teachers appreciated their zeal
of reading and encouraged others to join the club.
·
Students took a pledge to promote reading among
peers.

2nd July 2025 – "Know
Your Library " Outreach Programme for Promary Students
·
A special orientation programme was held keeping
in view students of primary Section.
·
Students interacted with librarian and learned
about Library and available resources
·
Books related to primary Section was showed to
him and encouraged them to issue the books through Class Library
·

5th July 2025 –‘DEAR’
PROGRAMME (Drop Everything and Read Programme)
·
DEAR programme was organised for all classes
including primary Section
·
Most of the students participated in the activity enthusiastically.

08th July 2025 –
Hindi & English Book Exhibition
·
Students explored over 250 books
in English and Hindi, including children’s fiction, classics, science stories,
and comics.
·
Many students issued books on the spot, and “Book
Review Corners” were introduced.
9th July Hindi Kahani Vachan Pratiyogita
·
Hindi Kahani Vachan Pratiyogita Was
organised from class VI to class XII students all students participated
enthusiastically
·
Principal sir in his opening speech
emphasised the importance of reading and it expressive expression and
encouraged the students for maximum
participation

11th July 2025 –
Book Jacket and Book Mark Making Competition
·
Class VI to Class IX students participated in
the competition
·
Most of the students participated in the
activity and position holders awarded in the assembly.

12 July 2025
·
Due to workshop of librarian at ZIET BBSR from
14th July 2025 Closing
ceremony was organised on 12 July,2025.

Librarian Mr. N K Pandey given his impression on
celebration of Reading Day and Month .
·
Selected Students also given his/ her impression
on activities organised during the month and satisfied with the motto for
celebration of the month.
